RETURNS

Due to the personal nature of our products, if an item has been opened or used, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless under product warranty - all sales of consumables are final. 


To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Purchases made directly from AREIS via www.areisworld.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. Please note, returns do not include the cost of shipping.

We cannot accept the return of any of our devices or products simply because you have had a change of heart. Think of this as an investment to your chosen AREIS.


Faulty or defective?


Please inspect your order upon receiving your vibe and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Requesting a return?


All returns are subject to approval. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting and/or being approved for the return as it will not be accepted.
