My device won't charge!
Don't fret, this doesn't mean your device is faulty.
Try by inserting the charging jack into the DC charging hole on vibe gently. Don't try and force the charge, good things can't be forced. Please do not operate your device or come into contact with water whilst your device is connected to power.

How about incorporating lubricant while using AREIS?
WE LOVE LUBRICANT! If this will assist, please be generous with it. We recommend always using a water-based lubricant.
Should I clean my AREIS frequently?
Yes, absolutely.
Cleaning your vibe between every use will ensure you will highly reduce the risk of infection whether the use was solo or with a partner.
Cleaning my AREIS?
Simply use warm water and a gentle, antibacterial soap. To avoid unwanted fibres, leave out on a clean surface to dry naturally. Please avoid cleaning your vibe in boiling water, dishwasher or washing machine.
Discrete postal packaging?
Of course we do. All our mailing boxes and or packages are un-branded for your utmost discretion.
Where is AREIS made?
AREIS vibes are made in China from high grade 100% platinum-grade silicone and shipped to Australia where they are packaged and safely handled, packed and shipped straight to you.
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia wide only.
